• Masonry: CMU Walls and Bond Beams, Brick Veneer, and Stone

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Our Design-Build approach is collaboration and teamwork at its finest. So, instead of design and construction working separately, GF Construction Group creates a team of architects, engineers,contractors, subcontractors and adds them to the Design/Build Team.

Our General Construction services include:
Scheduling, estimating, budget control, quality control, value engineering, sub-contractor, bid solicitation, on-site supervision, cost control, safety monitoring, and total project management. Other project responsibilities include applying for building permits, securing the job site, providing temporary onsite utilities, maintaining schedules, and monitoring materials.
